When do you start your BFCM email campaigns?
One of the biggest mistakes eCommerce store owners make is to launch their email campaigns just a few days before the event.
Here's what to do instead:
1. Create "suspense" for the discounts 2-3 weeks before the event
2. Ask your subscribers if they want to receive some special BFCM emails BEFORE the event (do this 2 weeks before the event)
3. Write a couple of broadcast campaigns to build desire for the best-selling products you're going to promote (start doing this 2 weeks before BFCM)
4. Give early access to the BFCM discounts 1 week before the event
5. Craft a powerful post-purchase flow where you offer some cross-sell products
