How To Make Your Cart Abandoned & Browse Abandonment Flow More PERSONAL

Here are 3 things you can do:

1️⃣ Use the 1-on-1 approach

If you're a small business owner, use your name (Name - Founder of ...) and write like if you're writing to a person who just came to visit your store.

If it's a big company, you can pick a specific person in the company...

And use the same principle I mentioned before.

2️⃣ Ask a specific question

Craft an email where you ask a specific question to your potential client about something (aka. overcome objections)...

And ask them to reply back to you.

Truth is...

Many times your potential clients don't complete an order because they have some doubts about your product.

Give them the chance to reply back to you and clear their doubts.

3️⃣ Use their name

I see SOOO many eCommerce cart and browse abandoned emails that don't use the name of their potential clients.

If you use their name in the subject line, not only you grab their attention...

But you also build a more personal bond with them.

So simple to do, yet very OVERLOOKED.

So here are the 3 things to be more personal when you write a cart or browse abandoned flow

1. Use the 1-on-1 approach
2. Ask a specific question
3. Use their name
